The Mac Oni app ported to Mac OS X by The Omni Group, with all fan patches made to date. Patches include bug fixes, a higher level of parity with the Windows Oni's BSL functionality, and an enabled Developer Mode. For more information on the patches, see this wiki page.

Note that this app no longer runs on modern Macs; use the Intel build instead.
