Contains Character Variants ONCVs and Character Variant list ONVL that support custom made characters which use new classes. Is necessary to prevent game from crashing due to missing ONCVs if any of these characters are used.

Also contains the following patch TRAM fixes:
Adds the missing hitjewels animation (Willow kick effect) to male characters with COMGUY parent TRAC.
Adds the missing hitfootouch animation to female characters.
All throws will work on VDG-stunned targets.
Fixes for Ninjas' back punch and kick.
