This package adds a new suit outfit for Muro.
It also includes High Quality textures of his original outfit done by Vicious Reilly (slightly modified).
It also includes a high quality face texture using Severed's textures version 3, and the hair from VR's texture.

For new (black) characters (ONCC) look at package 22400

1- Adds a new class of Female Blackops TCTF including 3 variants.
2- Adds a Blackops outfit for Konoko.
3- Adds SOUNDS for the original Female Cops and the new Blackops ones including taunts, alert, startle, pursue, and check body sounds.
4- Adds a new regular Female Cop variant.

Note this package will also install the improved cops textures package.

Bozzman's TCTF Addition: adds another class of TCTF light and TCTF Swat, and armored Female Cops with darker themed outfits by Bozzman, will appear sometimes instead of the normal TCTF light, Swat and female cops
