Corrects a fun side effect of the AE's globalized ONCCs, which is that ONCCstriker_dream_lab becomes available in all levels and thus becomes eligible for random selection under the ONCVstriker_easy. In plain English: sometimes easy Strikers will be midgets. This fixes that.
