Replaces all default weapons with weapons from New Weapons Collection by: ONIrules, Gumby, Geyser, Samer, Paradox-01. KTSN Sniper Rifle by Rikia. May add weapon spawns in later version.

This fixes the shading and saturation mismatch between Konoko's HD Armor face texture and her neck. Also adds a new neck texture to Konoko's cop outfit to fix the same issue when 23951 CharacterRetexture Pt1 Konoko-Cops is installed too. See this comparison.

Adds biomechanical replica of Mai from parallel universe to the character list. It's unknown if engineers knew anything about Konoko before creating her. All what is known, she is created for spying inside a crime group.
