Drag and Drop workflow to convert oni to xml and back to oni. Supports also various other file formats.
Level construction helper is still in the making.
At the moment it can set up a new level and quick-test it.
Update, 2017 Feb 26:
With Mod Tool you can add and edit consoles. Use right-click to select all parts of a console. Then you can safely move and rotate them.
