Last minor update to this download: October 2017.

If you have downloaded Setup since the last minor update, you have the latest core files, and all updates made since then will be downloaded automatically. The March 2015 update fixes a bug that will only affect you if you have any "+" characters in your path to Oni. The October 2017 update is supposed to fix log output in case you run into errors with the updater.
