Package
The Anniversary Edition mod package format consists of subfolders of .oni files and a Mod_Info.cfg file that provides information about the mod. (Full format description is here.) The packages then appear in the AE Installer, allowing the user to easily add the mod to his Oni installation.
BlackOps Syndicate
adds Ninja, Striker, Tanker, Elite, & Fury dressed in black (textures by TOCS )and Konoko in a black outfit

Change log :
- Modified neck textures for Konoko and fury to work well with SeverED's textures
- Added the glass breaking particle to the ONCCs
- Used HD textures for tanker and fury face
