Sometimes a mod is meant only for Windows systems, perhaps due to the slightly different scripting abilities and engine limits in Oni for Windows. Even if a mod can work on the Mac too, if there's a separate version of the mod produced for Windows, you can upload it under this Platform. You may assume for any Windows-only mod that the user has installed the Daodan DLL and thus has the extensions to Oni which are documented on the wiki.
Oni: Life of Crime (RUS)
Replaces default NPC taunts/reactions with ones from the Russian localization of the game "Kingpin: Life of Crime".

Orange Particles Hayate
This will give Hayate custom made orange contrails and hit impacts on his moves. Requires Hayate package 23610.
WARNING: It is not recommended to install this mod with heavy particle mods such as New Weapons, BGI Characters, Omega Tournament, and others as it may lead to particle overload and game crash on Windows. This is not an issue on Mac systems.

OLST: Oni Scripting Editor
A backup of Qodama's script editor from the defunct OniChars website. Note that, according to Qodama, players with Windows 9x (Win 95, 98) CANNOT use this editor. That warning tells you how old this editor is (it's from 2002). Preserved for historical purposes.

Hasegawa
This is the RealBASIC source code for the last version of a ripper for Oni's .dat/.raw files in Windows. I (Iritscen) haven't used it myself, but it's from 2002 and is no doubt superseded by OniSplit, so it's preserved here for historical purposes rather than as a recommended tool.
